1 General information only

Anything you read here — a how-to, an age suggestion, a print tip, a line about why colouring helps with pencil grip — is shared as general information from our own experience of making pages. It is not professional advice and it is not a substitute for it. A teacher knows your class, a doctor knows your child, an occupational therapist knows the specific difficulty. Take what is useful from this site and leave the rest to them.

2 Not educational or therapeutic service

• Learning: our pages are practice and play, not a curriculum. They do not replace schoolwork, a tutor, or an assessment, and nothing here is graded, certified or recognised by any board or authority.
• Development & therapy: colouring is widely enjoyed and can support hand strength, focus and calm. That does not make this website therapy. If a child is struggling with coordination, sight, attention, speech or big feelings, please involve a qualified professional — early help matters far more than any web page.
• Sensory or medical needs: brightness, screen size, contrast and print size are all adjustable on your own device and printer; we cannot judge what suits an individual child from here.

3 The studio runs “as it is”

The colouring tool is a free web feature, not a paid product with a service agreement. That means:

• It may be updated, moved, changed or paused at any time without notice — including while someone is mid-drawing.
• A browser update, an operating-system change, a school firewall, a low-battery performance mode or an aggressive ad-blocker can break one feature while the rest keeps working.
• Drawings are not backed up by us. Anything kept through “Keep it” sits in your own browser on your own device, and clearing site data removes it. If a drawing matters to you, press Save PNG the moment it looks finished.
• We do our best on current Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on phones, tablets and laptops — with no guarantee that every device combination will behave identically.

4 Screen, print and colour differences

Print quality, ink levels and paper choice are on your equipment; we cannot be responsible for a smudged sheet or an empty cartridge.

5 Craft, materials and safety

If you print our pages and then cut, glue, paint or laminate them, that part happens away from this website and is the responsibility of the adult in the room.

• Scissors, glue guns, small magnets, marbles and paint-water need supervision for young children — a colouring sheet often becomes a craft project, and that is where the risk actually sits.
• Use non-toxic, child-appropriate art materials and follow the maker’s own label, not ours.
• Laminate or sleeve a page if it will be handled repeatedly in a classroom; paper edges are sharp.
• Long close-up work tires young eyes: good light, a screen at arm’s length where possible, and a break every so often.

6 Uploaded pictures and third-party images

The studio can colour a picture you load from your own device. When you do that, you confirm you are allowed to use it. We never receive that file — it is read by your browser and never sent to us — which also means we cannot check it, moderate it or take it down anywhere except the page that offered it. Colouring a photograph, a character or somebody else’s artwork is your decision and your responsibility.

7 External links and tools

Some pages link out — a print helper, an image viewer, a school resource, a social profile. Those places set their own rules, prices and privacy habits. A link is a convenience, not a recommendation, an endorsement or a guarantee, and we are not answerable for what happens after you leave this site.

8 Accuracy of the pages

We check that a page loads, that its outlines close and that the picture matches its title. Mistakes still happen: a spelling in a label, an animal drawn with an odd foot, a “lion” that is frankly a very fluffy cat. Errors in wording or categorisation do not change what the artwork is, and if you point one out we will quietly fix it rather than argue about it.

9 Copyright and fair use

Our line art is drawn for this site and offered free for personal and classroom use. It is not public-domain material for anyone to re-sell, and “I found it online” is not a licence. If you intend to publish, print in bulk for resale, package it in a product or feed it into another service, read the terms & conditions and message us first. If you believe a page here should not exist, the same terms page explains how a takedown request is handled — no legal letter needed.

10 No professional relationship

Messaging us does not create any professional relationship. A reply to “my six-year-old hates colouring inside the lines” is a friendly opinion from somebody who draws pages for a living, not paediatric, educational or therapeutic advice, and you should not act on it as if it were.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ColoringVemsy and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using this site or being unable to use it — including wasted printing, a lost drawing, a lost lesson plan, a device update that changes how a browser behaves, or anything a child, teacher or parent does with a printed page. The site is free; the risk of using it sits with the user, and our only commitment is to be reachable and to fix our own mistakes quickly.

12 Advertising, sponsorship and affiliates

There are no advertising networks inside the colouring tool, no sponsored pages, no affiliate links dressed up as free content, and nothing here is paid for by a toy, book or app brand. If that ever changes, the changed sentence goes on this page first and any paid link is labelled plainly where you can see it before you click.

13 Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this page as the studio grows or the law around kids’ sites changes; the date at the top moves with it. Using the site after that means you have the current wording. Nothing here excludes anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example a seller’s duties under Pakistani consumer protection rules, or rights your local law gives you that a website cannot take away.
