Terms & Conditions

The plain-language rules for colouring, printing and re-using the pages on ColoringVemsy. If a sentence here is unclear, message us on WhatsApp and we will say yes or no within a day.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

⚡ In short — the four things that matter

  • Colour, print and share the pages freely for personal, family and classroom use. No fee, no permission letter needed.
  • Do not sell the artwork, re-host the files as your own, fold them into another app or service, or claim them as yours.
  • The studio runs inside your browser. We do not collect accounts, and nothing you draw or upload is sent to us.
  • The site is offered as it is. If something breaks on your device we will happily help, but we cannot promise it never will.

1 Accepting these terms

By opening coloringvemsy.com, using the colouring studio at /online-coloring/, downloading a page or printing one, you agree to this page. If you are a child, that simply means a parent, guardian or teacher should read it with you — the site is built for kids and asks nothing of them. If you do not agree, please close the page and tell us what bothers you; we would rather fix it than argue.

2 What you may do

  • Colour it online with the studio, on any device, for as long as you like.
  • Print copies for yourself, your children, your classroom, your therapy room or a birthday table — one page can be printed for a whole class without asking.
  • Save the PNG of your finished artwork and share that picture on social media, in a family group or on a school board.
  • Link to us. Sharing the page address, or a direct studio link, is always welcome and needs no permission.
  • Use it in a lesson — worksheets, reward time, a quiet corner, an offline flight: all fine.

3 What you may not do

  • Sell or package the artwork — no print-on-demand shops, no paid PDF bundles, no stickers, mugs or T-shirts made from our line art without written permission.
  • Re-host or re-upload the files so they appear as another site’s own content, or strip our name and links from a distributed copy.
  • Alter it into something harmful. Our pages are for children; adding violent, sexual, hateful or drug-related content to them and spreading it is not allowed.
  • Train, scrape or bulk-download. Automated harvesting of the images or the studio’s data to build a competing service, or to feed a model that redistributes the art, needs our written OK first.
  • Claim it as yours. “Made by my kid” is very true and very welcome. “Made by me” is not.
🏫 School or publisher, print run, app inside a product? Message us — these requests usually get a yes, we just like to know who is using what.

4 Your artwork and your uploads

When you colour online, the picture is drawn on your own screen and stays there. Uploading a photo to colour works the same way: the file is read by your browser, never sent to our server, never stored, never seen by us. So:

  • You keep every right to what you create on the site, including your finished coloured page.
  • If you colour a photo of someone else’s drawing, character or artwork, you need their permission — we cannot grant it for them.
  • Only upload pictures you are allowed to use. We do not review uploads, because we never receive them.

The “Keep it” button stores a copy inside your browser so you can resume later. It is not an account and not a backup: clearing your browser data removes it, and switching phone or browser will not carry it across.

5 Ownership of the site

The line art, layouts, page names, studio code and the ColoringVemsy name belong to us unless a page says otherwise. This site is given to you free to colour with; it is not a licence to rebuild it, copy its design, or present its library as your own collection. Personal and classroom use is broad on purpose — commercial use of the artwork is what needs a conversation.

6 Copyright, credit and takedowns

We draw our own pages and check the ones we publish. If you believe something here is yours and should not be, write to us at the address at the bottom with (a) the exact page link, (b) what you own, and (c) how to reach you. No lawyer letter needed: we remove or credit, and reply personally — usually the same day on WhatsApp, within one working day by email.

7 The studio: how to use it safely

No account, no cost

Nothing to register, nothing to pay, no email required for any feature. If you ever see a form asking for payment here, it is not ours.

Grown-ups nearby

The site is designed for children but it is a normal web page: it can open other links if someone pastes them. Keep shared devices sensible and supervise young children online.

🖨️ Print at your own setup

Print size, ink and paper are on your side. A4 with “Fit to page” works best; we are not responsible for a jammed printer or a wasted sheet.

🧠 Screen time, kindly

It is colouring, not a game loop: no streaks, no rewards, no endless scroll. Still, a five-year-old with a tablet needs a grown-up setting the limit.

8 Availability, changes and no warranties

The studio is provided “as it is” and “as available”. We aim for it to work on current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on phones, tablets and laptops, but we do not promise it will run on every device, browser version or school network — some firewalls block the canvas or the print dialog. We may add, fix, move or retire pages and tools at any time, and a saved browser copy may disappear when you clear site data. Nothing here is a guarantee of uninterrupted service.

9 Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using or being unable to use this site — lost homework, a ruined print run, a device update that breaks a browser, a picture saved on a phone that later gets wiped, or anything a child draws that gets stuck to the fridge forever. If a bug on our side costs you a lesson, tell us: we will fix the bug and send you clean files, which is the fastest remedy we can offer.

10 Privacy, in words of one syllable

We do not ask for names, addresses or passwords and we do not sell data. Colouring happens on your device. Your uploads stay on your device. Nothing needs an account. Any technical logs your host keeps (for security and traffic) are not ours to browse and not yours to worry about. If you use the “Keep it” button, the only storage is inside your own browser, and clearing it is entirely in your hands.

11 Links to other sites

Some pages link out — a printer app, a shop, another family site. Those places are not ours. Their own terms, prices and safety rules apply, and we are not responsible for what happens after you leave this page.

12 Changes to these terms

We will update this page if the studio grows or the rules change, and the “Last updated” line at the top moves with it. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the new wording. For anything that would take a right away from you, we will say it plainly at the top of the page, not hide it in clause nine.

13 Governing law and contacting us

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Punjab, Pakistan have jurisdiction — but honestly, if there is a problem, write to us first. Almost every disagreement can be solved in two WhatsApp messages.
